Southampton Row Bus lane PCN, Seen being in a bus lane Options

Hi peeps,

I got a PCN at Southampton Row, "breach of bus lane order where the vehicle was seen being in a bus lane" @4:48
I was making a left turn, if you see the time stamp I more or less was in the bus lane around 1.5 seconds could de minimis

plus in the recently the winds/gust have been high eg at 4th jan 10-11mph

Do you think I should escalate this to the london tribunal?

They spelled my surname incorrectly....... regarding the clearness of the white marking is total bs... With a moving vehicle in the dark it would not be clear.

Well they are not going to send you a notice to owner because there is no place for one in the regs ( its an enforcement notice you will get) That IMO would be thin gruel indeed but you do not seem risk averse

My best advice would be pay the discount, the rejection of your points were all valid and correctly reasoned

I would, but that does not matter you or me don't get to choose. Do you think you can persuade an adjudicator to your belief?

Stronger cases than yours have lost this argument
