Just too fast for a fixed penalty. Will be sentenced at court, 5 or 6 points and a fine around 66% of weekly relevant earnings, costs of £85 and surcharge of 10% of the fine (min £30).

Southbound J5 (Wychbold)/J6 (Worcester N) is slightly uphill from recollection. Regardless slope is no defence or mitigation.
Was NSL in force at the time? |
