Hello,
I got a PCN from TFL while driving in Peckham in London. It's my first PCN and in this particular case I got stuck in a YBJ in a heavy traffic situation. I would appreciate if you could tell me if you see any grounds for an appeal. I'm posting the video, the stills and the photos of the PCN. Thank you very much in advance! Video: video |

I hate to say it for a TfL PCN but i think the discount might be the best option. TfL c**k up so often but that's really your only hope

Yes, bang to rights.
How did you get the video so fast - have TFL put them online now? |

Thank you for your replies! I phoned them to get the video. They sent me a disk over the post. It took a few days to arrive.
Anyone think I might have a case for appeal? Thank you! |

Is the text of the PCN all correct or do I have grounds to appeal on an error? Thank you! |

He means unless TFL make a mistake, you will probably lose, so you might be better off paying the discounted penalty. -------------------- If you would like assistance with a penalty charge notice, please post a thread on https://www.ftla.uk/index.php
