Pissing myself at this although it is of course serious. Any help here, parked just beyond markings although spot next to me was not another parking space + car park almost completely clear of other cars so hardly hurting their revenue even if taking up another spot which I wasn't. Also plenty of other cars I noticed outside of the bay but with no ticket (see images).

Looks too far off to be appealable. Other cars have no relevance.

have you got a pic of car park sign with terms?

The bays are not of course marked as we'd usually see them.

More usual description for an 86 is: 'Not parked correctly within the markings of a bay or space',

I didn't see a single sign either on entry or per floor but will go back tomorrow and take a pic of one.

Article 9 of this Order:-

https://tro.trafficpenaltytribunal.gov.uk/T...o2Order2017.pdf

Doesn't have to be white lines.

BTW that's the most clinically clean car park I've seen in a long time--wonder where they get the money!

We need to see the car park board with the terms and conditions, normally located next to the payment machine.

Unless you want to take a gamble at the tribunal it might be best to pay the £25 on 20 August unless someone comes up with something first.

So I pleaded with the LA without admitting anything and whilst they had "sympathy" they will let the ticket run its course. Tempted to try it with a tribunal as (a) it's only £25 more (b) I still feel a tad aggrieved as I'm not hogging another space even though technically outside of the line.
