My wife as keeper received 2 tickets from when I had the car. I wrote to g24 claiming responsibly as the driver,
and requested new tickets made out in my name. This was over a month ago and none have been delivered.
Is there a time limit for this sort of thing? I would include pictures of the tickets but threw the originals away.
Can anybody shed so.e light. I read somewhere that they had to be served within 14 days of me notifying them but,
I wasn't sure if this only applied to Scotland and northen Ireland. I noticed a post with the same type of ticket I received
a couple of posts down, sorry I cant offer a
detailed description.

Now you have outed yourself as driver they have 6 years to follow up. The other time limits are for establishing keeper liability. Sadly you have now thrown away that protection as G24 NTK are not always compliant.

Your best bet now is ignore. If they claim to have lost your letter, then they will not know who the driver was, can only pursue the keeper, and may not have done the right things to endure keeper liability.

What Hoohoo said. G24 are with the IPC so no point even bothering to appeal.
