Hi All,

Haringey Council at its best yet again

I was parked on Private property last week but had parked with a few inches of tyre on the pavement. (please see pics) I returned to my car only to see that I had been issued with a PCN by Haringey for parking with one or more tyres on the pavement. Looking at the pictures do you think I have good grounds for appeal? If so can you assist.

tried uploading pics to no avail.

The biggest problem you will have is convincing an adjudicator that the land is not enforceable

Thanks for your response. So the issue isn't that my tyres are partly parked on the pavement, but the space in which i am parked of which i was told is owned by the person who owns the building is not deemed as private property.

It may well be private property, but if there isn't a physical barrier separating it from the road, it's still part of the highway for PCN purposes.
