Hi there, I have today received a Parking Charge Notice from Parking Eye on behalf of Aldi in Dartford. Apparently there is a 1hr 30mins stay time in this car park? I wasn't aware of this & didn't even know it was Aldi's car park - its actually a car park that also serves the Orchard Shopping centre (where I was this day) I am wondering if I have any grounds to appeal this parking charge notice & would appreciate any help you can give me please. I would like to point out It took me somewhat time to actually drive round & find a parking space initially.

2 things - the link with your PCN on has all the versions available you made, so delete the ones still showing personal info.
Second, I think the etiquette on here is to not confirm EXACTLY what you need to put in a letter - it could be seen as instruction or guarantee you have it right, and as every situation is different there can be know absolute right way.... Some of what you have said I think hits the right points, I would keep it short, mention only the places involved. Remember you are their (Aldi's) customer. If they want any proof let them ask for it. |
