Good evening - in December last year my bank decided to reject 2 x payments for my cc autopay on a vehicle - and my account was then suspended as payment was not made . I contacted cc London and they said they will try again and I heard nothing . I went into the cc twice and thought my account was active - it turned out it wasn’t so I appealed and explained the bank for some unknown reason cancelled my payments - they offered 100.00 as a gesture of goodwill but I rejected it as I knew the fines would be 160.00 . Anyway - I was abroad for a month and when I got back I have a letter stating appeal rejected - so I paid 2 x 80.00 fines - they were processed accepted and paid - then I got a letter back from cc London stating they want another 80.00 for each fine . My question is this : as they processed the cheque and therefor accepted the payment can they demand he further amount ( I take it it’s for being over 14 days )

What did the rejection letters say about what was owed and how soon did you make the payments?

You need to post the documents.

Use a pic site such as Imgur and post the BBCode links.
