So, the council have issued us with another PCN for being parked on our own property in our own car parking spaces. They haven't put any photos up of the offence on their website.
My photos are below, including a copy of the Land Registry showing us that this is our property (although the council stole some of it when they moved the entrance to a school recently - and I mean stole, they haven't bought it, they just put a road through it without permission!) I am going to appeal this parking ticket and wondered if any of you could help with the best wording. Area is clearly marked as for parking. Also, how do you make an official complaint about Enforcement Officers? I'm fed up with having to challenge unlawful tickets and so I want to go on the offensive about this now and make formal complaints. |

This isn't the war, it's a battle. Nothing in the letter tells you why i.e. statutory grounds or discretion. I hope for your sake that this is an end to matters, but watch this space....... |

You're lucky the council backed down, as you would have likely lost at the tribunal.
