To be fair they say "so it’s a good idea to pay if you haven’t complied with their parking regulations."
The issue is of course that most people don't understand what 'their regulations' may mean! -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!

I felt it was an extremely broad statement as we know you cant not comply with some private parking terms as they aren't correctly offered in the first place.
I wonder if Mr swinton has a stake in a PPC ? |
