What do we think?
Some observations: For it to be careless, it has to fall below the standard expected of a competent and careful driver. For it to be without reasonable consideration, some other person actually has to be inconvenienced. -------------------- Moderator

For some odd reason our continental friends seem to adopt the British pose of hogging the middle lane when driving in the UK. Over the water they'd get hooted or flashed out of the way.
Why is it at silly-o-clock when I do a lot of driving the middle lane is usually occupied by taxis, private hire cars and EU registered white vans? |

Why is it that on the A1 heading south-east from Mill Hill Circus where it is only 2 lanes for a short while until it becomes 3 a bit further along, the vehicle who takes up the right hand lane always takes so long to accelerate to 50. Just as it becomes 3 lanes where it is possible to pass they suddenly decide it's time to do 50mph.
I don't care that much about motorways, let's sort out hogging on the A1. That includes lorries unnecessarily using a lane that is further to the right or simply widen it and put in a formal motorcycle filter lane in there. |
