I received following which relates to unlawful turn in area not familiar with, been back to area and the first sign is not clear.
Is there any grounds of appeal that can be made? Is any discretion given where the owner of the vehicle was not the driver at the time? This post has been edited by snowman816: Wed, 17 Jul 2019 - 09:03 |

You were unlucky to get Burke, the tribunal does seem to be a bit of a lottery nowadays.

Is he renowned for being a harsh adjudicator Some people would say so, I think if you'd got someone like Jack Walsh, Michael Lawrence, Edward Houghton or Mamta Parekh you would have almost certainly won. -------------------- If you would like assistance with a penalty charge notice, please post a thread on https://www.ftla.uk/index.php
