We had two cars parked in an area where a TMO was issued. The TMO was issued on 6th September and came into affect on 8th September. As we did not use the vehicles in that time we did not see the TMO. The council claims it was an emergency (replace manhole cover) but shouldn't the signs have been up for longer? Otherwise we find ourselves in a world where we have to check our parked car daily to make sure there's no TMO that's been posted on a lamppost. Oddly I appealed to the council for both vehicles and the council cancelled one of the PCNs but have upheld the other - even though I sent exactly the same text. I've attached the TMO that was stuck on the lamppost.

OP, we find it useful to start at the beginning biggrin.gif

So, filling in the gaps...

On ***(date) 2 of our vehicles were issued with PCNs for ******.

These were challenged, one successfully and one not. The successful challenge and their letter of acceptance are here...

As regards the PCN which was not cancelled, a NTO has now been issued and received.. and here are the PCN, NTO, challenge and letter of rejection.......

We'll review the docs and formulate some questions the answers in part only being the photos you've already posted.

'We' are a company or what?

Over to you.
