APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR REFUND OF PAYMENT AND REMOVAL OF PENALTY POINTS FROM DRIVING LICENCE.

A303 Folly Bottom

25 February 2005

Any driver who has been subject of a Notice of Intended Prosecution concerning the temporary speed restriction on the A303 at the Folly Bottom Road Works (near Amesbury, Wiltshire), between May 2003 and August 2004 is invited to contact the Safety Camera Unit PO Box 1346 Chippenham SN15 3XZ in writing.

Each case will be reviewed and the individual concerned will be advised accordingly.

It is suggested that individuals need not seek legal representation which might incur extra expense at this time, as the Safety Camera Unit intends to be proactive in this matter.

The procedure to be followed regarding refund of payment and removal of penalty points from the licence will be provided where applicable.
