Now we've got some reference points you seem clearly more than 50cm from the edge of the carraigeway.

It also looks like you blocked someone in? I would pay the discount.

So better pay than fighting it. Cause I have not appeal anything yet.
Even the slightest chance I can use according to you.

Is the photos clear enough to prosecute me or I can argue on photo quality and details of the 50cm stuff.

You can argue the photos are unclear but if it were me, I wouldn't risk it.

Was the driver the registered keeper of the vehicle?

Did that person open the PCN before leaving the location?

I ask because the photos are inconclusive. So, what else could be taken into account?

By the driver: full knowing whether they were or were not so parked. But if unclear and not opening the PCN before driving away?
By the owner if they were not driving: how could they pay based on such inconclusive photos? They would need to see the CEO's notes;

By the authority: They have the CEO's notes which could persuade them that, even though the photos are inconclusive, the contravention occurred and should be pursued.

I don't need CEO notes to confirm he's not within 2m of any kerb.

Surely an adjudicator would see the same.
