As RK I've received a PCN for another of our company vehicles (I'm down as RK, below company name, and it's ours outright, not leased etc).

The PCN does mention PoFA 2012 and Keeper liability, but as it's in the form of ANPR pictures I can already see it doesn't comply with 9(2)(a), (entry and exit times are not period of parking).
Should this notice also include a picture of, or a copy of at least, the terms and conditions of the car park? The car park is in Gloucester and I'm 45 miles away, so driving there to see them would cost more than the charge itself!!!

My scanner is due back tomorrow, so will scan, redact and post pictures tomorrow.

Unsure of purchases, I wasn't the driver. From what I can gather at the moment it may have actually been two visits... but only the initial entry and final exit recorded. I'm waiting to find the info from the driver or drivers.

Date of event 10/02
Date of Notice 15/02
Date Received 19/02

So it may have been 2 visits within a "No Return" period or a double dip where again 2 visits and only the 1st entrance and last exit have been used.

Complain politely, but assertively, to the Asda manager, not Customer Services. Asda seem to very quickly cancel these charges on receipt of a complaint.

I guess while they're not keen to see their car park abused, they're much less keen on seeing their customers abused.

As above. I've rung on behalf of a neighbiour the local asda store recently - ask for the manager not the front line staff. The conversation was short, to the point and they cancelled it immediately once I pointed out it was a regular customer being inconvenienced.
