hi all,

I have used pepipoo many times and most of the times, i have been lucky so i thought i could contribute as well

i have been closely watching the forum for all the PCN tickets issued at 52m browning road e12 by newham council. Council have earned enough with this flawed experiment pilot scheme. (

OK so MY CASE WOULD BE ABLE SEE IN 3 DAYS- 4 DAYS

Case number: 2200263146:

It took exactly 3 mins on the telephone for the adjudicator to allow the appeal.

Iam sure you guys would be able to see it next week but for all those who have their cases and have last day to submit your appeal. this was my letter to adjudicator, please don,t go by the language as iam too bad at it neither it is my profession.

I have attached my appeal. Adjudicator only looked at my first point was not interested in the rest. He said that point is good enough.

The legal point was
5. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, UK Public General Acts, 1984 c. 27, Part I, Experimental traffic schemes Section 9
• 4 “subject to Parts I to III of Schedule 9 of this Act, where—
(a)an experimental traffic order has been made for a period of less than 18 months, and (b)the order has not ceased to be in force,
the authority by whom the order was made may from time to time by order direct that it shall continue in force for a further period ending not later than 18 months after it first came into force.
• 2(a )In the case of a road in Greater London for which the Secretary of State [F6or a strategic highways company] is the traffic authority, the power to make an order under this section is also exercisable, with his [F7or its] consent, by the local traffic authority.].

So if the council couldn't provide the evidence of extension of this experimental order then the PCN doesn't hold any good.

Another point or positive case was also discussed her Case reference 2200247886. it was fought on NOR within 56 days. good reference
