Hi
I received a letter by post that I used a bus lane during the restricted hours. It was accessible for permit holders too. I had a delivery to a bank and needed access. I appealed on that ground but I received a rejection with the reason that they didn't receive the attached runsheet and the road was only for bus. I appreciate your help |

OP-----while you ask the Council for clarification don't forget you have a time limit for getting an appeal to TPT if you choose to fight on.

I would file an appeal to the TPT in any event, it's always open to the council to cancel the PCN after the appeal has been registered. The TPT doesn't charge a case fee to councils (unlike London Tribunals), so it's not as if it's going to cost the council anything.

Thank you very much for your help Well done, but why no runsheet with your reps as I'm sure this would have saved a lot of hassle. I sent them a runsheet but they argued the delivery could have been made till 5pm, so they didn't think it was necessary to deliver it in the restricted hours! |
