Im thinking of starting to take this for pain relief
Crohns and ankylosing spondylitis
I obviously wouldnt drive while under the effect.
Question is, how long would it be before i passed a roadside drug test?

Not sure if I can ask this in here. If I cant, please delete it

Thank you

Further to my post No.24 Please have a look at this

https://www.gov.uk/drug-driving-law

Tramadol is mentioned there so it may be worth checking with your GP that you are fit to drive having taken it.

A few years ago I was prescribed Tramadol for pain from a back injury. It worked really well for a few days with no apparent side effects until until the morning of the 4th/5th day when driving on the M25 and the world suddenly started to go very strange around me, cars changing colour, lanes changing shape etc. ! No real idea how I got home without causing a major pileup, but if I was taking it again, I would never go near a car.....very powerful stuff.
