As part of PePiPoo's mission to provide the information motorists need to defend themselves, we are proud to announce the launch of the PePiPoo NIP Wizard.

This unique Wizard takes you step-by-step through a series of questions about the NIP you've received and your alleged offence, and then suggests a course of action with links to appropriate articles and posts. It can also collect all the details needed for you to post a request for help in our forums, where you can discuss details of your case with our extensive Member community.

You can find the NIP Wizard here.

The NIP Wizard has had a major upgrade, integrating it into the forums instead of it being a standalone application. Here's a summary of what's changed:
  1. The Wizard is now integrated into the forums. To use the Wizard you now need to have registered and be logged in.
  2. When you complete the Additional Questions part of the Wizard, it will automatically create a new topic for you using the details you've supplied, or make a post in an existing topic if you've already started one for that case.
    • If you're a BB&G member it will create the topic in the BB&G forum
    • Otherwise it will create the topic in the Speeding and The Judicial Process forum
  3. The recommendations have been modified to take into account the implications of the recent ECtHR decision. In particular the use of the PACE Witness Statement is no longer suggested. (If you have any queries about this aspect of the Wizard please discuss them in the BB&G or S&TJP forums)
The NIP Wizard link in the announcement post above has been edited to point to its new location. There's also now a link in the component bar at the top of the forums, alongside the links to Articles, Members, Search etc.

Regards,
Fredd
