Hi,
I received the below letter this morning, which is the first I've heard of the contravention. The contravention occured a long way from home. I was in the area of the contravention that day, but I don't remember being in a bus lane, or such details at all. It was more than 2 months ago. As this is the first letter I've received from Lancashire County Council on the matter, It looks like I've missed the opportunity to pay the lower amount which is quite unfair to start with. I can only presume the first letter got lost in the post. I have no evidence of poor sinage and don't intend to drive 200 miles to go and check. How can I best handle this situation? Have a read through If you are happy add the details you need to fill in ( dont forget the dates near the end ) convert to PDF and download to the portal https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtBHPhdJdppVvATWfYJ...PMfVOI?e=G1zQUd I will likely add a further point when the council download their evidence. They are mandated to send some info to the tribunal within 7 days and they have not, I do not think. dont forget to add the exhibits All submitted and awaiting the adjudicator's decision. Thanks so much for your help on this |
