Hi all, my PCN is dated 29/01/2019 (Euro Car Parks), I appealed about 4 weeks later.
I think I received the response letter saying my appeal was rejected around late Feb or early March.
Unfortunately due to major home improvements I cannot find the letter anywhere and I'm now not sure what to do. They haven't chased me as yet...
- Is it now to late to appeal to POPLA?
- Should I ask Euro Car Parks for a copy of the letter/code so I can appeal to POPLA?
- Should I wait till I get a reminder?
Thanks for any advice!

I believe that the POPLA code is live for 28 days so you've probably missed it anyway.

You could try writing to ECP and suggest that you do not have their response to your appeal (true!) and now it must be regarded as accepted according to their Code of Practise.
