Having completely missed the suspension notice in the darkness of night, I collected a PCN the following morning.
Upon inspecting the notice, I realised that it isn't immediately clear from the images which of the bays the car is parked in, i.e. those suspended or outside of them. The PCN number is CU62882046 and the registration is EF22UDT which will allow anyone to see the images on Camden Council's website. Any chance of contesting this? |

Well as the discount is not on offer it's a no brainer to appeal to the tribunal. I suggest you register an appeal on the tribunal portal with "I rely on my formal representations" and wait and see what turns up in the council evidence pack.

Thanks, will do.
Given the formal representation made no mention of the Council policy, I presume that can be introduced at a later point, if necessary? |

Having appealed to the Tribunal, the case has now been listed for a hearing on 24th August.
The Council has to submit evidence 3 days prior but I suspect I will receive a bundle sooner. |
