Hi all, I received a NIP yesterday but I’ve read online about this “14”day rule, the offence occurred on the 13/10/18 but the issue date was the 31/10/18 and I revived on the 1/11/18. Can I challenge this or will it hinder my chance of just accepting the speed awareness course -which is comical as I was doing 7 mph over the 50mph limit

Are you the registered keeper and in possession of the V5C? If so does the V5C show your full correct current address? Do not assume it does without getting it out and looking. While you are looking at that, look at the bottom of page 2 where it says Doc Ref No, what is the date beside that, and what is the date of the alleged offence?
