Hi,

I have filled out the online form for gmppas.co.uk when i should of sent the paper declaration back.

I have the paper declaration all filled out and ready to post which i will be doing in the moring.

My question is how bad have i messed up? when i filled out the form online i put the correct details for myself, i was driving at the time. should i email them to advise i have messed up?

If you send the paper form back, correctly completed and signed, and within the required time, I don't see how that can be faulted.

My concern is i submitted the information the wrong way and i'll end up getting a larger fine/more points/ course offer withdrawn. I'm self employed and i can't do without my car.
