Hi Guys,
I have a concern. I live in the lancashire area, back of the houses have cobbled streets, but not the nice and neat type. Dirty and quite uneven. Kids can’t play around the back and even tho we try and keep the back of our house tidy it still looks unpleasant. Do we have a legal right to any claim to make them fix it? In some areas they tarmac’d the back streets and put gates on either side for safety that would be the ideal result. Thanks for any input., |

Do we have a legal right to any claim to make them fix it? I presume what you meant to say was 'Is there any way to force the council to fix it?' The answer to which is "maybe" but we'd need some more details, which you obviously don't want to share. -------------------- If you would like assistance with a penalty charge notice, please post a thread on https://www.ftla.uk/index.php
