Hi All,
My brother had received a Private ticket for parking just beyond the box, which stepped over to the space directly behind. The parking lot was quite empty. I drove over there when going to a store and saw that there are signs stating that cars must be parked within the marked bays. However, upon entering the retail park, there is no clear visible sign about private charges as such. But once you go in further, signs are posted, albeit dotted around. Is there anything we can do to avoid this charge? Here is a copy of the letter received recently: Thanks for your help in advance. Jay |

Well done. Can you also post a copy of the assessor's reasoning please?

Hi All.
This is what I received from UKPC when I appealed to POPLA: POPLA emailed me saying that UKPC have decided not to contest my appeal and that I do not have to pay the charge. No other reasoning or commentary offered. Thanks, Jay |
