Hello,

I have received two parking charge notices in June and July last year and I have been advised I should ignore the tickets as they are a private company.

After the tickets were issued I have been receiving the NTK letters, reminders but I just thought this will not be taken any further .

Now after a year they are informing me that this case has been passed on to Gladstones Solicitors and received this Claim Court Form.

Can someone advise what should I do?

Ignore has not been the advice since 2012.

Post up the NTK's you've received

If these are claim forms from Northampton then you must acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to get a defence to the court.

Post up the claim form, with identifying details removed. You could post up the particulars of claim.
