First edit your post and only refer to "the driver" may have overstayed etc.
First port of call is back to Aldi and speak to THE MANAGER only, NO till staff, take receipt and you were held up loading and traffic busy. You may have had to go back and browse other products. This post has been edited by Dave65: Sat, 26 May 2018 - 09:31 |

There's usually a 'hidden' minimum spend of £30 for PE to cancel with a till receipt attached to an appeal, so £5.10 for a 2 hours and 42 minutes stay is stretching it a bit! And I suspect it will need a very persuasive line to convince the manager. You are more than likely going to have to win this via POPLA once PE have rejected the initial appeal and supplied you with a POPLA Code.
The bottom line with PE/Aldi cases is that PE never pursue these via the court system. |
