Story was her and mum went to a local shop which has parking and a machine there for a ticket, sis stayed in the car till mum did her shopping for 20 mins then drove out No ticket was bought from the simple pay and display machine which they should have done, but we have the original receipt from the shop so cant it be said that a ticket was bought and paid for? NTK 2 as you call it ('the reminder' would be a better description) is a nullity, so cannot in any way even have been 'active'.
So you're still waiting on the result of the appeal, they should supply that within 35 days of receiving the appeal. -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!

When you say result of appeal do you mean the 2nd one i sent on receiving their ntk 2 (reminder) As if that is the case i think they have sent their reply as shown in my previous post, where they attached the 1st apply response: "Thank you for your email Please find attached our previous correspondence. Please read and response accordingly. Kind Regards Miss C Aiello" |

That’s not a result though, result is plain English.
It doesn’t say your appeal is successful, notice cancelled, or rejected and here is your POPLA code, it’s a request for more information only, which you were then free to respond to and ignore, they still have to give you a result of your appeal if you ignore. -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!

I know, the original appeal i sent and their answer makes no sense as they just said send us supporting evidence of your claim The new appeal just says look at the old appeals answer Confused about what to do now really |
