Hello!

A PCN was received for £60. The car in question had been to Royal Holloway University (student) and got caught on their ANPR cameras. The student had applied for a permit but was awaiting a response. In the meantime 4 PCN's NTK's have been received so far. An appeal has yet to be sent to First Parking

From experience, I know successful appeals HAVE been made to POPLA at this location in 2016 (for the same reason) and documented on this fine forum.

Assessor: M. Yates
Date: 30/03/2016
POPLA code: 2610436602

Assessor: Jamie Macrae
Date: 24/11/2016
POPLA code: 2612996934

If interested, I draw your attention to this:

http://forums.pepipoo.com/lofiversion/index.php/t103947.html

Would it be possible to appeal on the same grounds POFA 2012 section 9 sub-paragraph 9 (f)?

Or would a different defence need to be mounted?

I've scanned the paperwork but am getting a bit lost in the details. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I promise to report the conclusions of the case.

PCN:

The keeper has no invitation to pay?
