Question about Truvelo Cameras (the ones with 2 separate poles). Camera in question is rear facing (rear of vehicle), how far do these check speed up to. If I were to go past the camera, the 3 lines at the red light intersection. And then was to accelerate, would I be able to get a speeding ticket. Have linked the camera in question.

The speed is only measured by the buried sensors - which activates the secondary check.

That's not a traditional TruVelo camera (i.e. forward facing with a magenta flash), it's more commonly called a RedSpeed, as it can perform a dual function as a speed camera and red light camera. It's really designed to catch the "amber gamblers" that speed up when the light changes. The second pole is just a flash unit.
