Hi,
I saw a thread on here that mentioned "the governments guidance on private parking which emphasis that genuine users shouldn't be penalised for genuine mistakes." I'd like to find the full text of this guidance, but so far Google hasn't turned up the right thing. Can anyone tell me how to find these guidelines? |
