Ok, so noticed a random email from these guys sent a few days ago saying I needed to contact them on a personal business matter. Had to Google them to find out who they are as wasn't sure it was legit. Anyhow, not sure how they got my email address or what I have been fined for, not parked anywhere I shouldn't have that I know of or received anything in the mail or stuck to my screen. Should I contact them? I'm just curious what it is really and the only time I had to deal with a PCN from these cowboys was five years ago and the fine was paid by to shop, hoping it's not related to that as I don't have the paperwork anymore. Thanks

Should I contact them? Absolutely NOT. If they had a legitimate reason to talk to you, they'd write a letter. May not even be about parking. If I had any communication like that, I would consider it the spam that it is. Do you respond to people telling you that you've inherited a fortune from a Nigerian prince, as well? |

NEVER contact a debt collector
Thought ZZPS usually sends a text message not an email The companies have software that can perform searches of Experian without leaving a trace They look in particular for mobile phone contracts associated with you, even phone numbers associated with a credit application |
