Hi guys,
I’m just after some advise , last year I was working away from home and was home every other weekend, during the time when I traveled home I picked up a speeding ticket doing 58mph in a 50mph zone on the motorway, I admitted to the offence, but as I was working away I missed the response letter offering me a course - I then completely forgot about it until I received a letter for court considering disqualification

I’m currently on 6 points and worried I’m going to receive another 6 in court and be banned

Anyone have any idea on what the outcome could be ? I would loose my job if I get banned

Just wonder why the court letter states considering disqualification?

Its a proforma, they all mention the possibility of disqualification, but the sentencing guidelines are clear and well known, absent any significant factors you haven't told us a disqualification isn't going to happen.
