Hi, I have received a few letters from ZZPS about a parking incident, that I can neither admit or deny. This was in Central Scotland for reference.

The latest one is telling me that This account is being passed to QDR solicitors, and, as expected, relatively threatening.

Based on previous advice, on the net and with folk with first hand experience of this particular car park, I have ignored all correspondence.

Should I continue to adopt this behaviour?

Thanks in advance.

If it's all in Scotland then ignore. If they do not have the identity of the driver then they are not going anywhere.

+1 and watch out if Murdo Frazer gets his way, if he gets keeper liability then the floodgates will open, but at least it won't be retrospective but the PPC's will still try it on.

Thanks for the replies folk. I thought as much, but when it's landing on your own doorstep it's different from telling someone else! Haha.
