I didn't realise that resident permit parking times had changed. It was free parking except on match days at Spurs.
On the Saturday I went to move both vans and found 4 tickets on one and three on the other, all issued over previous 4 days. It was only then that I noticed that there were new times for resident parking on the new street signs, indicating total restrictions except for residents every day from 8-6.30. I didn't know about imminent changes and am trying to appeal to the better nature of Haringey Parking. So far, I've appealed informally unsuccessfully. I've made formal appeals now and am trying to get them to consider all the tickets together, they've written back that they treat each ticket individually. My argument is the same for each PCN and I'm not against paying for my mistake, I just don't want to pay 7 times for the same mistake. Any suggestions, please? Posting a copy of the entirity of at least 1 of the PCNs redacting only personal information. A google street view link to the location. A copy of your infomal appeal and the response.
Post to a public folder on google drive or similar, or a simple hosting site such as imgur nor imgbb. |

To me the two key issues are continuous contravention (might be difficult because of a daily restriction) and fair warning of the changes and thereby enforcement commencing.
We need to determine when the change was made so documentation (PCNs, reps, their replies) required plus a street view of where the vehicles were parked. Are the vans leased? Mick |
