You should be prepared to put down the hardship argument for totting up and the magistarte may give you a short ban instead of sitting on 12 points, meaning you would be facing 6 points for next 3 years rather than being wiped off under totting up. I read that the 66 in a 40 has already been decided, 6 points. Post #67 and #69. QUOTE They gave me 6 points for this incident, driving 66mph in a 40mph. And the two potential three pointers for 24 in 20, and for a red light, are yet to be decided after the Fixed Penalty offers were rejected. Post #73. QUOTE Both the 24 in a 20 and red light got sent back, and ive been told about court proceedings so I have to wait for that I can't see that either of those are going to result in a ban instead of points. |

I understand now it is clear.
Once you recieve SJPN for 2 red light offences (as you have rejected the Fixed Penalty x2) you can ask the court to combine to be heard at same time and then you can put down the EH argument. Delaying things will not make any difference as the points are counted from the date of offence. |
