Hi Folks,

Just a quick one to help out my sister please.

She has had a love letter from these guys that seem so illiterate they can't even get the second part of the Registration correct.

Now after getting all the help on here for a Council Ticket I got a couple of months ago I stayed on the site for hours and did some background reading through your pages.

I've told her that as from a private company that she should make a paper aeroplane with it or let my 4 year old turn it into a lovely snowflake with a sharp pair of scissors.

Could you please confirm that I'm indeed correct in giving her this advice and let her know what to expect from these bafoons by way of threatening letters.

Thanks in anticipation

Christian

Gan,

It was actually UK Parking Patrol Office that sent the original invoice. It's Uk Parking Patrol Office Limited that are members of the BPA.

My sis told me it's her ticket but it seems her boyf was driving now and the love letters are all his. This is the second thread I've got going on here to help her boyf out.. . . . . . . . I'll tell him to get his own username next time Ha Ha.

Anyway, He's now got another love letter this time from Debt Recovery Plus (ooo err) claiming to be representing "UK Parking Patrol"

So far it's invoice from Uk Parking Patrol Office, debt collecting letter from Uk Parking Patrol Office and a letter from debt recovery plus representing "UK Parking Patrol"

Anyway, here it is.

Adding that Claire Robinson is actually a man called James, who works for Zenith. You'll see what I mean when you get their letter soon.

And, of course, those CCJs might not have anything to do with private parking "tickets".

I'm almost there now. Got my Notice of Intended Litigation today. It's another first class stamp gone to the operational expenses.
