I am from Northern Ireland and my mum (the registered keeper) received a letter from Smart Parking with a fine of £60 from me parking at a retail park i overstayed at on the 12th January.

However, the problem is that I know I had parked there a few times since that occasion. I assume that more letters will be issued to me, and I am unsure about whether to pay or not.

I also am so concerned about my mum finding out I parked and stayed there more than once sad.gif

It’s an invoice not a fine.

Please edit your post Immediately so as not to give away driver ID, your Mum has the invoices as the keeper, ‘the driver’ drive the car with no I, we, they, he or even the dog.

Does the driver live in NI? Is the retail park in NI?

I think you mean something like "THE DRIVER has parked there a few times since...."

And court cases are very rare. Like Scotland it costs too much and is a lot of effort for the PPC.
