Hi everyone, I was driving North bound on the M3 before I joined the M25 on Christmas Day, I didn’t even realise the yellow cameras on the side of signs until traveling home today. There was no speed limit in force on any of the signs so was NSL, I was doing between 70MPh and 90 Mph tops, I know there is a few along this stretch 7 or 8 as I counted them today, Has any one had a ticket when the NSL was in place and if so will I get one for every camera I went through ?

Has anyone got a ticket with the NSL in force, oh yes, lots and lots and lots.
Will you get one for every camera, that would depend on the force(s) policies with respect to that, you may well have a defence to ‘additional’ NIPs. -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!

Has anyone got a ticket with the NSL in force, oh yes, lots and lots and lots. You have data on the number of speeding offences recorded on the new SMART section of the M3? I would suggest that's a general comment about whether NSL is enforced where a limit is not displayed - not specifically on the M3. They don't appear to be live right now but who knows? Only a NIP dropping on the doormat will say for sure. -------------------- RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver

There are currently only one set live on that section (HADECS3) and it has started to issue NIPs.
ETA: The M3 cameras will enforce the NSL This post has been edited by Landshark: Fri, 29 Dec 2017 - 11:24 |

We'll have to wait and see if the OP comes back with any 79mph+ NIPs...
