Hi all,

Since you want to get a popla code to try and kill this at POPLA then just sit tight.

Why ask for confirmation of a simple "sit tight"? Its fairly obvious that youre waiting on a POPLA code, so what repsonse would you make that would be of any help to you?

My friend states he was just worried because they said they couldn't open the appeal - would this count as not appealing? Therefore wouldn't be provided with a POPLA code? |

Theyve told you they will provide one. If they dont, BPA complaint. |
