Hi guys would just like some advice of this parking ticket my mate got in Brixton the other day , can’t upload photos of sign or where He was parked as too much memory , but the sign was very unclear stating that is only was valid if he was on marked yellow lines or hatched area , which I’m pretty sure he wasn’t he has photos , just wondering the likelyness of getting away with this or should he just pay it , he hasn’t contacted the company at all

Pictures (especially the sign) would be very helpful! Host them externally and link to them... just wondering the likelyness of getting away with this or if I should just pay it We rarely advise paying. I haven’t contacted the company at all Who is it? -------------------- RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver

No, it means you know
1) what first appeal to do (hint, its in every thread, basically) and 2) that you can do a proper appeal to POPLA You have to get out of your thread and read around You will not be spoon fed. |

100% chance they will get your contact details from the reg. And edit your post so that the identity of the driver can't be inferred.
With a windscreen ticket you will be appealing so that it arrives on day 26. Lots of other threads around which explain this. |

, and what exactly am I appealingly for , that the sign was unclear ? And what is a hatched area
Just want to know if it’s worth appealing against this company and if anyone else has had any success in doing so , because He don’t really have time to go to court , He’d rather just pay it than have hassle This post has been edited by Ryanhezza97: Fri, 18 Jan 2019 - 17:43 |
