went into an I-park on May 5 th in Wakefield when all parking was free all machines covered up etc. But we received a letter from Dcbl on 15/09/20 asking for £160 which is the 1 st we have heard about it.
We’ve written to them stating these facts but they just demand £160 stating we’ve lost the appeal They have sent a copy letter from 27/07/20 stating we lost the appeal on the 22/09/20 To me to much time has gone by it was Past 2 weeks before we heard anything advice welcome. Stop messing around with 8 word answers and tell us EXACTLY what you have said, this is getting silly because you are simply not telling us what you are doing.
Garbage in, garbage out. WHEN you get the court claim you'll need to divulge it all if you want help with the defence. -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!
