Hello everyone, I have just received 2 penalty charge for the same day different times for using a bus lane, normally the road it is only Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and from 4pm to 7pm, but there is a little bit that I was not aware of that is also Saturday all day!! I have tried to see the images but the are not online although they said that i can view camera evidence of the alleged contravention at the camden web, when I go to it the images are not there and it said that it might take a few days this images was taken more than 15 days ago and the penalty charge notice was made on the 14/06.
could I object to it?
Regards

It will be worth challenging these on vague location - just Kilburn High Road won't do, especially as they are getting you on a lane that applies on Saturday.

Let's see a google street view of location if you know where it is... You should post PCNs with all dates showing.

It seems that Camden is having trouble with its online images and video at present. Did you use all the lane?

There is only one bus lane southbound on Kilburn High Roa, which starts close to the junction of Palmerston Road, but Shoot Up Hill has the same times.

I assume you were travelling south as I think the north-bound direction is controlled by Brent but appears to have the same time restrictions.

Yes I did use all the lane as I assume it was only Monday to Friday. I will drive up the road and see if you can see it as I haven't been able to see it in google and I am not very sure where exactly was the picture taken.

Date of this notice:14/02/2019
Date of contravention:08/06/2019

Show us the rest of the PCN, use an external site like imgur.com if you run out of space on here.

cp8759, what else do you need to see?, there isn't anything apart from the dates.
