Good evening,
I am a new member and in need of some advice.
A few weeks ago I was in London for a course and took an incorrect turn at the traffic lights. At the time I did not realise I was not allowed to turn left.
A few days later I received a penalty charge notice. I appealed against it and it was rejected.
I then appealed again and I have received a written response today.
My appeal has been rejected.
I have attached the letter below.

If anyone could help and advise me on how to proceed I would appreciate it.

Regards

Come back when you have a date to file submissions also post all if the NOR you may feel that the standard stuff doesn't matter, but it does. The only thing we don't need is anything that would identify you

Today I have received a evidence checklist from Westminister council.
In the pack there is a copy of all the letters they and I have submitted.

I have noticed that some of the dates are incorrect.
The alleged offence occurred on 11/11/17.
The PCN was dated 20/11/17.
The Notice of rejection was dated 11/12/17.
Their 3rd letter was dated 1/1/18. This was their response to my appeal against the councils initial decision.
On the 3rd letter they state that the discounted rate to pay the fine expired on 03/12/2017.

Attached are scans of all of the lines.

As I thought, the sign has been moved.
Look at your video. In the middle at the top there is a blue sign. From the angle of the cctv you can see it is askew from the sign below it. It doesn't look much but the photo below was taken in November, this matches the archive photos they have sent. what you have is a traffic light telling you to go straight on but a blue sign telling you that you can't. Rock and a hard place. Your sitting at the traffic light trying to decide what to do and if you are unfamiliar with the area then I'm not sure how you would know.
