Hi All,

The driver parked the car and went into the mcdonalds to get something small, no receipt kept, done by cash payment. Then went to another store closeby off McDonalds forecourt. Unfortunately, the driver received a windscreen ticket.

Appeal was made by the registered keeper online, on on the 30th June. Reply was sent by MET via email on the 24th July, see below:

Letter was ignored. No NtK received. The next letter received is the below:

Should the registered keeper still ignore?

Well as there is no access to appeal, you could do or just write and state that, as it is now more than 56 days and no NTk has been recieved, they have forfeited any ability to claim from the Keeper.
