NI is always excluded, anything extended to NI is via an SI or the NI parliament (not currently sitting of course).
Not sure what determines when Scotland is included into a new Westminster law or not. -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!

Not sure what determines when Scotland is included into a new Westminster law or not. Normally the UK Parliament will not legislate for devolved areas of law in Scotland without the agreement of the Scottish parliament / government, though if push come to shove it can do so regardless (as happened for the EU withdrawal Act 2018) -------------------- If you would like assistance with a penalty charge notice, please post a thread on https://www.ftla.uk/index.php
