Evening all,

A friend of a very good friend received a Parking Charge Notice from these monkeys this week.

I've checked BPA AOS and they were once members according to some old posts but now appear to be members of the IPC.

I'm quite confused by all the posts so it's easier to ask I'm afraid.

What is the current advice for dealing with CPS (Midlands) Limited please?

There was a broken sign next to the guy's vehicle and I've asked him to get a photo of it as the photo he did take was not very clear.

There are 3 warning signs on site according to the speculative invoice.
It appears he was parked right next to the broken sign as I asked him to show me on Google Street View.

Can redact and upload speculative invoice if needs be.

I'll keep scouring the forum in the meantime to see if I can find any up-to-date CPS posts.
Thanks in advance.

EDIT:
NOTE FOR FORUM ADMIN!
Forum Search is giving lots of errors. PC clock is set fine but this post says it was posted at 22:03 when it was actually posted at 21:03. This is leading FireFox to think PPP is an insecure website.

QUOTE (Redx @ Wed, 28 Dec 2022 - 11:58) *
Just send to all with free certificates of posting from the post office counter, don't overthink this, its a case of seeing to be doing, with evidence of trying their best to do the expected actions of somebody with no prior knowledge, as I told you previously (. Don't think, just do.! )

As for selling it on, the dvla have banned that practice, so their kadoe contract won't allow the selling on of the data, the data controller was, is and always will be the parking company who obtained the data as the actual claimant

Cheers Redx.

I'll get him to send all four letters then. 3 to CIS and 1 to CPS.

Thanks for confirmation. As I said previously, I ALWAYS OVERTHINK! wacko.gif

You were definitely over thinking it when you assumed that the alleged debt can be sold on, because the well known fact is that it cannot be sold on

There should be little or no assumptions, just researching facts and storing those facts, never delving into the murky world of assumptions
