This is a photo of Sudbury Town station.
https://ibb.co/SKKPWDC What I need to know is, Can someone stop on the double yellow lines to drop off or pick up a passenger? Can one wait for a few minutes for the passenger to come out of the station? More importantly, if the council issued a PCN for stopping/parking on the DYL's would a tribunal uphold or dismiss an appeal? It is VERY important that I get a definitive answer to this question. |

It is TFL land. How do I go about finding out what the regulations are? Don't ask for anything specific or you'll confuse them. Make a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 for all bylaws, orders and regulations governing that station and its adjacent land. I have taken photo’s of the signs, it just say they will prosecute offenders. It doesn’t say what the penalties are https://imgur.com/o3sChsW https://imgur.com/k5698lx Who should I contact at TFL as the website is not very clear? |

The first pic is about regs in the station not parking.
The second pic has a sign with a a disabled symbol - what does the text say? |

Who should I contact at TFL as the website is not very clear? foi@tfl.gov.uk (Most organisations have a single point of contact that deals with both FOI and EIR). -------------------- If you would like assistance with a penalty charge notice, please post a thread on https://www.ftla.uk/index.php
